About Me

As a fully licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in individual psychotherapy for mood and eating disorders, maintaining a private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I enjoy working with individuals struggling with a wide range of mood and eating issues.

I have practiced for over 25 years as a therapist, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from many wonderful teachers, supervisors, and patients (of course).

My pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship was at Beth Israel Hospital/Harvard Medical School. It included rotations in the psychiatric emergency department, psychiatric inpatient unit, pain service, and rape crisis consultation team.

As a Harvard intern and fellow, I was exposed to a wide range of theoretical orientations and treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and psychoanalytic therapy, as well as trained in family therapy and group therapy.
